We're heading for the green zone. At the start and end of our programmes each participant's place is identified on the matrix to the left. We use this to measure progress and identify further development potential.
THE SPEAKEASY APPROACH
Enabling sustainable learning outcomes that make a difference.
Yes, it can be learned
CHANGE IS POSSIBLE
“She's such a natural” or “I'm just not an expressive person.” Sound familiar? Here's the thing. There is no secret to being a good communicator. Change is possible. Confidence can be nurtured. Anxiety diminished. We show people how.
We don't do fancy theories
The only way to get better at presenting or communicating is by doing it. There is no secret formula. And there's no quick-fire answer. That's why in our programmes participants are 'on your feet' practicing at least 60% of the time.
What we deliver
Our aim is to ensure all our participants see a demonstrable and sustainable improvement in their presentation and/or communication technique. In fact, we guarantee our training. If you're not satisfied we don't expect you to pay.
